Oooohhhh...I could just eat this little one up! She was just 48 hours old when we took these images. I photographed 3 babies this week this 2 day old cute, a 4 week old little man, and my 5 week old niece. Baby Brynlie was the youngest but the chubbiest of the three. What a sweet little one!

Baby Halle.

I love taking pictures of newborns... they are so yummy and sweet. I've had some questions asked on how I "go about the session." I like to photograph a newborn in their home, because I just think it is easier to work around their schedule and comfort zone. I always try to photograph within the 1st TWO weeks after birth, because they change so much and after that they do not like to be folded like a pancake. I prefer window light but I do take a strobe just in case. I am always open to new ideas but I think keeping it simple is always best. I love this little one's sweet chubby cheeks, I just want to kiss them!

This is my very AWESOME friend and running partner's little preemie. She was 7 wks early but thankfully very healthy and obviously just beautiful. She looks just like her older sister!

With limited space and a fussy baby...I think this is a nice family shot.

These two have a real bond, it was fun to see.
