Colton & Kyra {married}

This is a MEGA post...my camera loved this bride! I met this couple pretty much the day of their wedding. Colton installed the hardwood floors in my home in April and remembered that I was a photographer, and things worked out so I could photograph their wedding. It is always a challenging experience to photograph someone's wedding when you have not met them before, and you are unfamiliar with the location. However these two made my job easy. Kyra is absolutely beautiful and she is ultra photogenic!! Their wedding was at a beautiful home in Mapleton, Utah. I had never been there before but after leaving I told my husband that I'd love to live in that area, it had such a nice country feeling to it.

Colton has one son, and Krya has two engergetic boys. These three boys were darling. Krya's boys walked her down the aisle. I loved the "laid back" feeling of this wedding. It was still very elegant but had a very relaxed down to earth feeling. Colton's friend came to pick them up in a helicopter! That was a first for me, I've seen lots of horse drawn carriages, fancy cars, and what not but the helicopter was SWEET! Congrats guys, I wish you the best in the future!

Katie {bridals}

Katie and Matt are married and off on their honeymoon in Mexico (so jealous, I have 3 inches of snow here!) Katie is a beautiful bride and now Matt has seen the dress I can show just how pretty she is. We had fun tramping through the sunflower fields!

Stephanie {bridals}

What a pretty bride Stephanie is. She is so excited for her wedding a just a few weeks. Best wishes to you, hopefully you got a BIG diet coke after this session... I know you needed a drink!

I have had some very eventful photo sessions lately too. After this session I went back to my car to find my window had been smashed in and my purse stolen. I knew I should have taken in with me but I was already caring a huge camera bag, light stands, and other equipment so I left it in the car (under a blanket). Someone must have needed my belongings more that myself.
